I found this sausage roll a little dry and the taste of the carroway seeds were too prominent. I had previously had a mushroom sausage roll and it was better. Never-the-less, it was much better than a supermarket sausage roll, particularly the pastry... just not better than the Shepherds' mushroom sausage roll.
