Croissant – wheat flour, butter, water, sugar, yeast, vegetable oil, salt, improver. Filling/Topping – stewed pear and rhubarb, crushed pistachios, almond paste (butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, almond meal, cornflour), sugar syrup.

My husband and I share one of these as they are so huge, but the combination of fillings and topping is unexpected and delicious. And we still have two. Frozen and ready for later!
The pear, rhubarb and pistachio croissants are absolutely delicious. They are huge as well, so we didn't need anything else for breakfast. The only thing I would do differently is to put them on baking paper on the tray when heating them up. The pistachio and sugar crust is very sweet and stuck on the tray a bit, which meant it took more washing than I'd anticipated. Other than that, brilliant croissants.
