A delicious, dark European style loaf with a soft, porous, crust. This bread is made with a combination of Rye and Wheat flours, so it is not as dark as pure rye would be, but chewier and more tangy than a standard wholemeal loaf would be.
Perfect for dunking in soup and mopping up stews!
