Fruit Mince Pie 6-Pack

I'm surprised there is no review for these mince tarts! I have been buying them for YEARS (at least 10 years....if not longer) from the Frenchs Forest market (sadly now in Mona Vale). They are the most beautifully made, delicious tarts and you would not know that they are GF. The pastry is so well made and the filling is the best fruit mince. As a side note, Henry has been my supplier for all these years and not only is he lovely but he remembers me every year. Thank you Henry :-) Years ago Henry told me that a French pastry chef showed the baker's how to make the GF pastry, hence the brilliant quality. Please keep making these beautiful tarts. They make my Christmas special every year.
