There is a reason this classic French treat is synonymous with gourmet eating.  Flaky, fluffy but somehow chewy at the same time, croissants can be eaten plain, dipped in chocolate (or coffee!) or sliced and filled with savoury (think ham and cheddar, or mushroom and goat cheese) or sweet ingredients (nutella and strawberry anyone?!)

Try our handmade bakery croissants, and you'll never go back to supermarket again...

Ingredients

Wheat flour, butter, water, sugar, yeast, vegetable oil, salt, improver.

Soft, not flakey

Ordered 40 of these for a function. Pre-order and store click and collect went smoothly.
The croissants were a disappointment. Instead of being light and flakey, they were soft and chewey. Fresh, but nothing like a croissant should be. Might have been OK if heated up, but this was an outdoor, picnic-brunch

The perfect croissant

The epitome of a perfect croissant. There is a reason they sell out in store, sometimes by mid morning. So delicious. Perfect for breakfast with coffee.

Gorgeous, flaky pastry

These croissants are big and delicious. We had them for brunch, paired with an almond croissant, and a drink, and we were all stuffed. No-one ate anything else until dinner time. The plus of this is that it means the remaining two boxes of croissants we have will now do two breakfasts, rather than only one. The pastry is gorgeous and flaky - they really know their stuff. We froze them in the box they came in, lifted them out to thaw the night before, then heated them up for 10 mins or so to warm through in the oven. Absolutely delicious. Buy them. You won't regret it.
