Spelt Soy & Linseed Sourdough 14mm 780g

I am a great fan of Shepherds bakery. They make the best sourdough fantastic almond croissant, beautiful raspberry bread that is gluten-free and so much more. They give always a good service as well.

I have been looking for a sourdough that doesn't use hybridised wheat, and happily I found it at Shepherd's. Even better, it tastes great, especially when toasted with real butter and cheese in a sandwich press! Click and collect is easy enough with friendly service. Compared to the wholemeal spelt sourdough the soy and linseed version when toasted has a crunchier texture - love it. My only gripe is that we have to buy 3 loaves in one go to make the minimum for click and collect so have to put one of the loaves in the freezer, but that's nitpicking. Will definitely buy again - an easy recommendation.
